Franco Greco
Biography
Franco Greco is a seasoned mortgage industry leader with over a decade of
experience driving growth and team development at NewDay USA. After joining the
company in 2013 as an Account Executive following his graduation from Salisbury
University, where he was a varsity athlete and majored in History with a minor
in Sales and Marketing, Franco quickly rose through the ranks. By 2016, he was
promoted to Vice President of VA Home Loan Origination, where he developed
NewDay USA’s Management Leadership Program to identify the next generation of
leaders.
In his current role as Chief Revenue Officer, Franco leads the company’s
recruiting efforts, helping grow the team from 200 to over 600 employees, while
building key partnerships with universities. He is an alumnus of the CXEA
Customer Service Academy with the DiJulius Group, and in 2023, he was named Customer Service Executive of the Year
by John DiJulius.
Franco has overseen the implementation of new CRM systems, transitioned to
new products, and spearheaded leadership structures that have resulted in
significant loan volume increases. He is passionate about mentoring future
leaders, building high-performing teams, and delivering tailored mortgage
solutions to veterans and their families.
Franco is also a devoted husband to his wife Jenna and a proud father to
their two children, Frankie and Mila.
