Dr. Xing Liu is Chief Risk Officer of NewDay USA where he oversees NewDay USA’s risk management, underwriting, and analytical modeling effort. He joined NewDay USA in 2005 and has held multiple positions in marketing, credit, and risk management. Dr. Liu brings with him over 15 years of experience in analytical modeling and consulting. Prior to joining NewDay USA, he held a variety of research and managerial positions across different industries. Dr. Liu graduated from the Gifted and Talented Educational Program in Beijing and received a B.S. degree in Computational Mathematics from Peking University at age 18. He also holds a Ph.D. degree in Numerical Optimization and Mathematical Modeling from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
